To be eligible for a refund:

2. Eligibility Requirements

You must not have completed or consumed a substantial portion of the course content.
You must not have extensively used private coaching access, community resources, or proprietary tools.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where:
There is evidence of abuse or excessive content consumption.
A chargeback is initiated before contacting support.
The account violated our Terms of Service.
3. Digital Product Acknowledgment
Because AI Ecom Insiders provides instant access to digital training, tools, AI systems, and coaching resources, you acknowledge that:
Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Value is delivered upon login and content access.
Refunds are not guaranteed beyond the 14-day window.

4. Processing Refunds
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where legally permitted.

Restriction from future purchases
