1. Subscription Cancellation

If AI Ecom Insiders is purchased as a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges.

  • Cancellation does not retroactively refund payments outside the 14-day refund window.

Access remains active through the end of your current billing period.

2. 14-Day Cancellation & Refund Rule

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

After 14 days:

  • You may cancel to prevent future billing.

  • No refunds will be issued for current or previous billing cycles.

3. One-Time Payment Programs

If AI Ecom Insiders is purchased via a one-time payment:

  • You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

  • After 14 days, all sales are final.

  • Cancellation does not apply to completed one-time purchases.

4. Access Revocation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to course materials

  • Private coaching sessions

  • Community groups

  • AI tools and systems

  • Bonus resources

may be revoked at the end of the paid billing cycle.

5. Company Right to Cancel

AI Ecom Insiders reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Abuse of refund policy

  • Fraudulent or chargeback activity

  • Disruptive behavior within the community

No refund will be issued if termination results from policy violations.
